PRODUCT PROPERTIES
Polyglykol M 1000 is a waxy white to slightly yellowish solid at room temperature. The Product is soluble in water and commonly used organic solvents like Aceton and Methanol. Polyglykol M 1000 can be considered as high molecular alcohol and therefore displays typical chemical reactions of alcohols. OH value: Gendorf use the method “Clariant-NIR”, Clear Lake use “Clariant PAE-06”, Coatzacoalcos use “Clariant MXBC0024”
STORAGE
Polyglykol M 1000 can be supplied in heated tank trucks or in steel drums. When stored in a cold, dry place in a closed container Polyglykol M 1000 can be kept for at least two years.
APPLICATION
M-type polyglycols are used for a wide variety of chemical reactions. With isocyanates and polyesters they act as an endcap and hydrophilic component. When they react with unsaturated monomers like acrylic or methacrylic acid, esters are formed which can be copolymerized to increase hydrophilicity and improve dispersing properties of polymers in water. Due to the low concentration of diols in Polyglykol M- types there is almost no formation of di-esters during the reaction with unsaturated organic acids.

DEPOLAMA
Polyglykol M 1000, stmal tankerlerde veya çelik varillerde tedarik edilebilir. Polyglykol M 1000, souk ve kuru bir yerde kapal bir kapta saklandnda en az iki yl saklanabilir.
UYGULAMA
M tipi poliglikoller, çok çeitli kimyasal reaksiyonlar için kullanlr. zosiyanatlar ve polyesterlerle, bir uç kapak ve hidrofilik bileen olarak ilev görürler. Akrilik veya metakrilik asit gibi doymam monomerlerle reaksiyona girdiklerinde, hidrofiliklii artrmak ve polimerlerin suda dalma özelliklerini gelitirmek için kopolimerize edilebilen esterler oluur. Polyglykol M-tiplerindeki düük diol konsantrasyonu nedeniyle, doymam organik asitlerle reaksiyon srasnda neredeyse hiç di-ester oluumu yoktur.
