Dehypon LT 054 is a low foaming nonionic surfactant suitable for caustic soda powder formulations.
Low foaming surfactants are used in the detergent and cleaning industry as cleaning agents due to their high washing performance and reduced foaming properties. They are derived from natural and synthetic alcohols.
Dehypon grades are fatty alcohol alkoxylates. Dehypon grades are of oleochemical origin. These are special alkoxylated qualities offering very low foaming properties. Physical form varies from liquid to solid, even granules are available. Dehypon grades are versatile and offer properties such as wetting, soil removal, low foaming and emulsification.
Low foaming surfactants are nonionic surfactants which are modified either by degree of alkoxylation or by modified alkyl chain. The modification reduces the foam capacity. Most low foaming surfactants are available in liquid form, either 100% active or diluted in water. The solubility of low foaming surfactants increases with their cloud point. Products with a cloud point below room temperature can be made to form clear solutions by adding solubilizers such as alcohols and glycols.

Dehypon LT 054 est un tensioactif non ionique à faible moussage adapté aux formulations de poudre à base de soude caustique.
Les tensioactifs à faible moussage sont utilisés dans l’industrie des détergents et des nettoyants comme agents de nettoyage en raison de leurs performances de lavage élevées et de leurs propriétés moussantes réduites. Ils sont dérivés d’alcools naturels et synthétiques.
Les grades Dehypon sont des alcoxylates d’alcool gras. Les grades Dehypon sont d’origine oléochimique. Ce sont des qualités spéciales alcoxylées offrant des propriétés moussantes très faibles. La forme physique varie du liquide au solide, même des granules sont disponibles. Dehypon LT 054 est un tensioactif non ionique à faible moussage adapté aux formulations de poudre à base de soude caustique.
La description
Dehypon LT 104 est un tensioactif peu moussant ayant un pouvoir mouillant marqué. Il a une excellente stabilité en présence d’alcalis et d’acides. Le produit est miscible avec tous les tensioactifs anioniques, cationiques et non ioniques.
Les utilisations possibles dans le domaine technochimique sont, par exemple, les nettoyants industriels faiblement moussants, les détergents pour lave-vaisselle, ainsi que les formulations à base d’hydroxyde de sodium ou d’acide phosphorique, où les éthers polyglycoliques d’alcool gras conventionnels ne sont pas suffisamment stables au stockage. Les propriétés techniques d’utilisation du Dehypon LT 104 ne sont pas affectées par la dureté de l’eau.
